About Mankato Place

Mankato Place combines renewable energy technology, high-tech solar lighting, and clean architectural design while preserving the historic charm of the space. This allows the wide range of government, retail, and other business tenants to express their unique personalities while complementing each other. The Mankato Place development includes the connected Brett’s building and draws heavy traffic from the adjacent 7,300 seat Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center and Hilton Garden Inn.

Mankato Place also includes the Mankato Event Center, home to the Mankato Playhouse dinner theater. This space can be rented for business, community, and private events, with food and liquor catering services available.
